Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

ZAHIR LABS TECNOLOGIA E SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, trading name Zahir Labs, Brazilian company ID 36.888.148/0001-51, is responsible for Meu Jairinho. Contact: contato@meujairinho.com.br.

2. Data processed on device

• name and preferences;
• medications, dosage, schedules, intervals and notifications;
• dose or injection records, body locations and notes;
• weight, body measurements, well-being and goals;
• private photos selected by the user;
• custom locations, backups and reports created by the user.

3. Purposes

Data is used to organize routines, calculate reminders, display history and the body map, track progress, compare photos, generate reports and support backup and restoration.

4. Storage and security

Health data is stored locally in a database encrypted with 256-bit AES-GCM. Private photos are reduced and encrypted separately. Access may be protected by device authentication.

5. Internet and purchase services

The app uses internet access for store and RevenueCat features. When subscriptions are available, technical identifiers, purchased products and subscription status may be processed by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat. Medication, weight, measurements and private photos are not sent to RevenueCat.

6. Advertising and analytics

Meu Jairinho does not display ads or sell personal data. The current version does not use Firebase Analytics or proprietary behavioral tracking.

7. Permissions

The app may request notifications, exact alarms, device restart, camera, photo library and local authentication permissions solely for their presented features.

8. Backup, PDF and sharing

Backups are readable, unencrypted JSON files; private photos and licenses are excluded. PDF reports and photo copies leave the private area only when the user chooses to save or share them.

9. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until removed by the user or until the app is uninstalled. “Delete all data” removes routines, records, progress, custom locations, private photos and reminders. Exported files must be deleted from their saved destination.

10. Rights and contact

Users can access, correct, export and delete their data in the app. Privacy requests may be sent to contato@meujairinho.com.br.

11. Children and health notice

The app is not directed at unsupervised children. Meu Jairinho does not diagnose, prescribe or recommend medication, dosage, treatment or injection sites.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app, stores or applicable law.
